Cabana Pool Service

We had a bad experience with this company. We needed our hot tub refilled within a week for an event we were holding. We kept calling them throughout the week, to make sure the work would be done, and were given constant reassurances that the work would get done. Then on the day of the event, we were told that the work wouldnt get done in time. So, we cancelled. To add insult to injury, the crew then showed up the next day. The company hadnt even bothered to inform them that we had cancelled.

Company is awful! Charged my credit card without permission when I had already arranged to pay the service guy when he arrived. Hired one of the staff to help me with a pool opening and took the money, completed half the job and never bothered coming back to finish the job, thanks GARY! I have filed a complaint with the BBB! Take your business elsewhere!
