Have been dealing with this business for 19 years. Great quality hitches, trailers & rentals. How unfortunate that one person wrote 3 bad reviews (you can tell they're the same person) just to hurt Leitrim Trailer Supply.

Do NOT do busines...

Do NOT do business with these guys...tried to book a cargo trailer rental and the owner hung up on me when I asked about the condition of his trailers. Seems like a reasonable question, right? Are brakes, tires, lights in good working order??? Immature, rude and childish behavior and not a way to run a business! Tried calling back to explain why I was asking these questions...hung up on again. Sensitive topic I guess...can only speculate that they've had issues with their equipment.

Call around look ...

Call around look for hitch for my new VW golf wagon 2013 and they put it on the next day. Most place would not put the wiring on this vehicle. They explained what I need and why. I would recommend this place to everyone

Poor Service

We had wiring for a trailer hitch done incorrectly. When I called to find a solution, the owner was extremely rude and abrupt and would not even acknowledge the possibility that it was not done correctly. They would not even entertain the idea of a refund with proof of receipts of the repairs I had to pay for elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not recommend to anyone.

While installing trailer hitch broke rear air conditioning cable and admitted it but still refuse to pay for repair. Owners are exceptionally rude and disrespectful. I am out $1200.
