Signed a contract on September 7th 2020 and I was told the couch would be ready in 3 to 4 weeks maximum 5 if there were problems. it was almost 3 months later and I always had to get in touch with them they never contacted me and I finally had to get my money back. Do not use these people the worst customer service Ive ever seen.
