The apartment is infested with cockroaches. The neighbor is making noise they are literary knocking on the ceiling the entire building can't sleep at night because of it and yet the management can't figure who is making the noise. It is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. It is so dirty you can literally see cockroaches in the laundry room. there is dog poop everywhere just outside the building as no one picks up after their dogs and it never gets cleaned up. Don't waste your money.

STAY AWAY!

35 Cedarcroft Blvd is disgusting!! Do not move in! It is infested with roaches and no one does anything about it. We've been waiting to get sprayed for a month and no one has even attempted to contact us. The manager is a rude lady who is impossibld go get a hold of. Our super is an amazing man who does as much as he can but due to the lack of proper management he is limited to resources. Out of 3 elevators we're lucky if one works! This building is horrible! There's a reason rent is so cheap!
