Stood up by driver even though paid full fees in advance.
I went with this company twice - the first time was great. But the second time, I pre-paid the full moving fees of $170, but got stood up by the driver and waited in a storage unit from 8am - 5pm (literally, like a work day) for nothing. I couldn't reach the company because their offices are closed on weekends (very bad policy - they could not respond to any emergencies or incidents like mine). Worst "moving" experience ever, would never go back.
