He was courteous, professional, attentive and understanding - he went the extra mile. Thanks Chris for looking after us so well.

Totally unfair reviews. I’ve been a customer for years, as a matter of fact one of t he beat tile shops in Ottawa, they have great selection and if you as a customer is kind and respectful you get a great service. Obviously is you come on a high horse demanding you may feel unsatisfied no matter what. All in all it’s a good business and have a great selection and wonderful people working in it.

there are many, many tile stores in Ottawa so dont support this one. If youre looking for dependable help in ordering dont go here. If youre looking for good customer service, dont go here. If youre looking for accountability in sales, returns and COVID practices dont go here. They are concerned with making their money and then they leave you stuck

I am totally unsatisfied with their customer service. They delivered defective tiles that were very expensive and they didnt offer any compensation or any excuses. This is a shame coming from this big of a business. I am so frustrated. I dont know what to do.
