I have found that using the Rotary Timetable Builder is of great help when scheduling time comes around. I especially found the cloud-based aspect tremendously helpful - it enabled me to work on my schedule and use my laptop at the same time! My experience with the Rotary Timetable Builder was good. It took me a while to get used to using it, but I had anticipated that and started playing with it well in advance. I had been using a "home-made" scheduling program. The Rotary seems to use the same basic principles, but is light years ahead so far as being easy to use goes. I'll certainly continue to use it. We are planning to purchase your product on my colleague’s recommendation and with the thought that most work can be solved with 20 minute intervals given the 240 minutes of prep, but I am sure at some point, 60 minutes may need to be broken to 30 which would necessitate a 10 minute period.
