once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I am so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic who knows what to look for and how to solve problems !

I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. shop was recommended by a friend who said to go there for tires. they have good used tires n they warranty them for 30 days and offer a free mechanical inspection as well. turns out i needed some suspension work done on my car. not only did i go ahead and got the tires done but got the suspension done too. New mechanic just started working there was very polite and gave me step by step info, the shop offered me a 20% discount which is a lot when you are lucky to have a job now at day! thanks!!
