Absolutely horrible, filthy under maintained cars. Drivers are gross and very rude always late.

Just an absolutely horrible taxi cab service. I went from the microtel to Hillcrest and it cost 16 dollar's they charge you extra when you need to use the atm to even get there money and stoplights are extra to I'm guessing. I wouldn't recommend this Sr vice to anybody anybody the only reason they got a star was because that was the lowest you could put no stars would be a better way to put there service. There always mean and haggard looking and of they want to take an hour to come get you they will. I would not send my worst enemy to use these services because that would be cruel. Never again will I use them

Very Rude on the Phones

9 times out of 10 when you call you will get a very rude dispatcher that show absolutely no manners to the customer calling and quite often they will hang the phone up while you're still trying to explain something. There are one or two very polite dispatchers but very rarely will you get one of them on the phone when you call. I give them a 2 Star rating due to their rudeness on the phones.
