I moved into a new apartment which had a major flea infestation unknown to me. After five months of daily vaccuming, 3 full flea treatments, by an exterminator, I still had the fleas. The company we were dealing with started to blame me, told my landlord I was crazy and told me there were no fleas now in the apartment although we could see them jumping and I was pulling them from my partners leg hair daily & traps I had set had fleas in them every morning.
I searched on the internet for 24 hr. exterminator companies, I called a few and then when I called Paul on a Sunday night at 8pm, he seemed so different from any other company I had spoken to or dealt with He had time for me, although he had a crying baby he was dealing with and by this point I was crying too.
The questions he asked were nothing like anyone had asked me before. He inquired about inside and outside my apartment, animals in and around the house, raccoons, birds, cats, etc. which were things no one had bothered to inquire about before. I knew I was dealing with someone who could genuinely get to the root of the problem. His thinking was “outside of the box”, this was a major problem and we felt confident he was going to get to the root of the problem and solve it.
The next day he sent a technician with over 20 years experience. He inspected our apartment, spent 1.5 hours before beginning any treatment or spraying. Within 10 days the fleas were gone and there has been no reoccurance.
I am a very happy customer, I would recommend Paul to anyone who has been battling any sort of infestation. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else, just hire Advantage Pest Control Inc.

Can't say enough good things about Sherwin's services in helping us get rid of a raccoon in our roof. Sherwin was a pleasure to deal with, and always responded promptly, even after regular business hours (very convenient for me since I'm at work during the day). He had to come out a couple times because our soffits were in such a bad state that they needed to be replaced before he could properly do his work. I called ICE pest control to see about having birds removed from my condo balcony. Within 2 rings the phone was answered and the representative on the line immeditately took my inquiry...this was huge as I had called 3 other companies who all either put me on hold or asked me to leave a message and called me back hours later.
I explained to the woman that i had pesky starlings on my balcony that i was looking to have removed. She told me to first check if the superintendent had a contract with a pest control company who could help as most times that was the case. I told her that I had done this and that the company wouldnt do it because of how thin my balcony was and how high the birds were perching (its a two storey condo). She then recommended finding out from the superintendent when the window cleaners were coming...she explained that sometimes they can can put up some wiring when they are cleaning the windows.
I immediately requested this of the super and the wiring is going up in a few weeks!
I really appreciated the time she took to help me with my problem regardless of whether or not I was able to use their services... Truly a great customer experience!
